Key Responsibilities: Develop: Lead consulting sessions with clients to define business requirements. Design strategies that optimize clients' project performance using Pims and Omega 365 modules.Deliver: Lead system deployment, configure software, and ensure solutions meet business needs. Design and implement custom coding for system integration and user experience improvements.Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system governance aligned with client expectations.Enhance: Evaluate system performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend upgrades. Drive innovation by developing new modules and enhancing existing ones.Excellent communication, able to lead product demonstrations, training workshops and scoping sessions.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Proactive, with the ability to work independently.Strong IT knowledge and experience with systems and networking applications.Ability to manage multiple concurrent issues and operate in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications and Requirements: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering).Extensive experience in Front End software development and technical support.Demonstrated experience with third party integrations and APIs.Familiarity with Omega 365 or Pims Modules.Why Join Us?
