Job DescriptionJob ID#: 14960Discipline: System AssuranceLanguage: Our client is looking for a Systems Assurance Manager for their work on Sydney Airport Line to:Review the current O&M risk management processes including the Enterprise Risk and Operational risk registers.Review the D&C DOORS based Project Safety Hazard Log (PSHL).Transfer the D&C PSHL to the RDWSA O&M Hazard Log (Platform to be determined).Facilitate Risk HAZID / HAZOP Workshops.Input output from workshops into the RDWSA IMS.Provide guidance and assistance to the RDWSA Asset Management Teams on risk management.Identify and recommend best practices and improvements in risk management processes, tools, and methodologies.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive management of identified risks.Conduct periodic audits and reviews of the project safety hazard log and risk management processes to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.Ensure alignment of risk management activities with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational objectives.Perform comprehensive risk reviews, including the application of Bow Tie method to visually map out risk scenarios, identify causes, consequences, and controls, and assess the effectiveness of current risk mitigation measures.All other activities incidental to or related to the Services that can be reasonably expected of a professional exercising the degree of reasonable skill, care, and diligence specified.Job RequirementsMinimum 5 years in Railway Environment - Driverless Metro will be an advantage.Experience with RAMS Processes and assessments, and assurance processes including hazard analysis, verification, and validation.Knowledge of System Assurance processes and Engineering Safety.Highly Desirable - Experience in:Security.Quality Assurance/Quality Control.Risk Management.Transport for NSW standards, T MU AM 00002 GU Assurance and Governance Plan - Guidelines.Preferred Skills:ISO 50126 and EN50126 and other annexures legislation, standards and guidance, processes, and practices related to safety management for major rail infrastructure projects.Working knowledge of EN50126 Railway Applications - The Specification and Demonstration of Reliability Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS).ONRSR major project regulation (RIM and RSO accreditations).Well-developed written and oral communication skills in English.Quality focused.Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Must be able to work with EUR timezone occasionally.Ability to put organization before self.
