As a System Analyst/Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical Solution Design role in configuring, optimizing, and supporting ICT solutions.
Working under the direction of senior staff, you will provide technical expertise to deploy, integrate, and maintain high-quality solutions that enhance digital service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Analyse and evaluate business processes to propose and create solution specifications.Conduct feasibility assessments and support technical evaluations for ICT projects.Develop conceptual and logical solution designs and assist in their implementation.Perform project quality management, including peer reviews of specifications and design documents.Engage in solution testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.Collaborate with stakeholders for effective and timely project delivery.Generate technical documentation and reports for senior staff review.Support best practices and improvements in operational processes.Eligibility Requirements: Minimum NV1 Security Clearance.Why Join Us?
