BLACKROC is looking for several System Analysts to build out a team with a major Australian brand. As a System Analyst, you'll serve as a crucial link between the business and tech teams and help with digital solutions, requirements analysis, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document business requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive feature breakdown and Product Backlog Items (PBIs). Write clear, concise Acceptance Criteria (ACs) for user stories and participate in sprint sizing. Work on digital solutions by utilising your expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and mobile architectures. Provide ongoing support for the documentation of system changes and enhancements. About you: 3+ years of experience in a System Analyst role. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to gather and document requirements. Excellent understanding of PBI creation, feature breakdown, and Acceptance Criteria (ACs). High-level familiarity with microservices, REST, and mobile solution architectures.
