System Administrator - Windows*Minimum requirement of Baseline Security Clearance*6 month initial contract engagement (strong likelihood of extension or permanent opportunity)We are supporting a small to medium sized business that offers a unique set of hardware and software solutions to the Defence industry. They are currently undergoing a key project rolling out a new piece of software, hence why they are looking to bring in a system administrator to help deliver this project.Due to the nature of the Defence industry and the work being conducted in this role, it is absolutely essential that you actively hold a baseline security clearance at minimum.Key experience required:Technical skills in Windows Desktops, Microsoft servers and Active Directory.Experience with VMware and Hyper-V.Experience in Cisco network hardware.Strong documentation skills.Desirable experience:Any previous Defence industry experience is appreciated.Understanding of security principles.Responsibilities:Writing installation instructions and documentation to Defence industry standards.Installing hardware such as servers, cables, etc.Configuring and installing new operating systems and software applications.Supporting the testing process.If this role interests you and you qualify the key experience required, then please apply with your most up to date CV.
