About your new job
This newly created role will be the pioneer in taking ownership of the master data and management of a ready to go, soon-to-be implemented system of Netsuite. As the subject matter expert on Netsuite and all its functions in relation to (but not limited to) financial modules. Some of the responsibilities include:
Establishing workflow and dataflow for Financial and Operational data objects Manage and maintain data governance of master data through controlled changes to all areas of the Financial System Provide System administration and analytical support Provide recommendations to finance operations leaders on data metrics, usage and rules Set up new customers and suppliers on the system Liaise and work with the vendor on system issues Structure data to support business reporting requirements Ad-hoc tasks as required About You
The successful candidate for this role will be someone who is proactive in their method of working and has a focus on servicing key business stakeholders by being the subject matter expert and Netsuite Power User.
NetSuite Cloud Proficiency and experience managing Finance, Procurement and Fixed Assets modules Previous background in a similar position with a focus on Master data and systems administration Tertiary Degree qualification High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with broad range of stakeholders What is in it for you
