About your new jobThis newly created role will be the pioneer in taking ownership of the master data and management of a ready to go, soon-to-be implemented system of Netsuite.
As the subject matter expert on Netsuite and all its functions in relation to (but not limited to) financial modules.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Establishing workflow and dataflow for Financial and Operational data objectsManage and maintain data governance of master data through controlled changes to all areas of the Financial SystemProvide System administration and analytical supportProvide recommendations to finance operations leaders on data metrics, usage and rulesSet up new customers and suppliers on the systemLiaise and work with the vendor on system issuesStructure data to support business reporting requirementsAd-hoc tasks as requiredAbout YouThe successful candidate for this role will be someone who is proactive in their method of working and has a focus on servicing key business stakeholders by being the subject matter expert and Netsuite Power User.
NetSuite Cloud Proficiency and experience managing Finance, Procurement and Fixed Assets modulesPrevious background in a similar position with a focus on Master data and systems administrationTertiary Degree qualificationHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to liaise with broad range of stakeholdersWhat is in it for youThis is an opportunity to be part of a reputable business that places focus on its people and its customers' evolving needs.
