ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a Permanent
9-day fortnight working arrangement – Worsley Alumina
DIDO to Collie WA.
As the
Systems Administrator
you will contribute to the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of the LMS and e-learning program as well as the administration of business process and data requirements within the safety and training team to monitor, create and improve training strategies for Worsley.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
Provide all necessary administration and data services to meet Worsley Training Scheme in accordance with ISO9001.
Assist training team in development of e-learning packages including but not limited to use of online training platforms, scorm, and articulate.
Manage training logistics including but not limited to bookings and billing information.
Be the champion for the approved Learning Management System, developing relevant functional views to monitor daily maintenance performance.
Provide training to teams to ensure the LMS and training process is followed and completed accurately.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
Self-reliant contributor with distinctive proficiency systems management
Microsoft Office Package with advance skills in design
Ability to effectively communicate and influence across various levels of the business.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience.
Capacity to learn principles and concepts related to operating and maintaining operational equipment.
Exposure to training scheme principles.
Demonstrated ability to select, develop, coach and mentor employees resulting in improved engagement, diversity and organisational capability.
Qualifications
Diploma in System Administration, IT or equivalent experience
