The culture of the business is centred around teamwork and open, friendly communication to achieve a common goal.The OpportunityReporting to the Head of Innovation & Information, the Systems Administrator will join a robust team of professionals and will support a wide array of technologies. Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft products will be essential for this role.Key TasksManagement of continual system administration for the wider business, specifically Microsoft productsSupporting company infrastructure, networking including Firewalls, Switches, Routing & VPNTroubleshooting issues with Office 365 applicationsDesktop and device management including mobiles and VOIP phone systemsMaintenance of Microsoft Servers & storage equipmentPerform systems backups / Disaster Recovery planningThe Successful ApplicantHas prior experience performing the above listed tasksStrong communicator with the ability to liaise with and advise multiple teams and departmentsIs experienced in a Helpdesk / Support / System Admin role, either enterprise or MSP experienceComes with experience supporting organisations with an End User community
