Position Overview: MCR is looking for a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to join our team on a full-time and on-site basis. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to both in-office and remote employees. We're looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve IT issues. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability of our IT systems, enabling our staff to work effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to employees both in person and remotely.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Set up and configure new hardware and software.Maintain, update, and optimize existing IT systems and infrastructure.Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.Work with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.Support IT projects aimed at improving technology across the company.Follow and enforce IT security best practices and company policies. Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or a similar role.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.Experience with setting up and configuring hardware and software.Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Ability to stay current with new technology trends and advancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience are a plus.Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is highly advantageous. Final Notes: Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia.This is a full-time, on-site position.
