The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Innovation & Information, the Systems Administrator will join a robust team of professionals and will support a wide array of technologies.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Microsoft products will be essential for this role.
Key Tasks Management of continual system administration for the wider business, specifically Microsoft products Supporting company infrastructure, networking including Firewalls, Switches, Routing & VPN Troubleshooting issues with Office 365 applications Desktop and device management including mobiles and VOIP phone systems Maintenance of Microsoft Servers & storage equipment Perform systems backups / Disaster Recovery planning The Successful Applicant Has prior experience performing the above listed tasks Strong communicator with the ability to liaise with and advise multiple teams and departments Is experienced in a Helpdesk / Support / System Admin role, either enterprise or MSP experience Comes with experience supporting organisations with an End User community < 500 Has sound working knowledge of MS Servers, HP Networking, VMWare and IT security principles Critical to your success is your attitude to customer service and communication style A true team player, keen to work in a great working environment where people are valued and working towards the same goal Due to the nature of this position, only applicants currently residing in Sydney will be considered for this position.
