Asta, a leader in cutting-edge IT innovation with over two decades of expertise, is looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our dynamic team. We specialize in consulting, managed IT services, and enterprise solutions, with a focus on security, development, blockchain, NFTs, cryptocurrency, and smart contracts.Key Responsibilities:• Design, implement, configure, diagnose, and provide support for operating systems (windows, linux), server hardware, software, and databases, ensuring maximum system reliability, security, backup, and performance.• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and security systems to ensure efficient operation.• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.• Regularly update system software and perform necessary upgrades to improve performance and security.• Implement and monitor security measures to protect systems from cyber threats, including firewall management and access controls.• Manage data backups and ensure recovery systems are functional and regularly tested.• Provide IT support to internal teams and external clients, addressing system and network-related issues.• Research and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and security.• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in case of system failure.• Manage relationships with third-party vendors for hardware, software, and service agreements.Skill Required• Proficiency in managing operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, server hardware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.• Experience with implementing security protocols, managing firewalls, and ensuring data backup and disaster recovery processes.• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Qualification and Experience Required:• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.• At least 2 years of experience in the industry• Proven experience in systems administration, network management, and IT infrastructure support.
