Details of the offer

We are looking for a System Administrator based in Canberra to work within a Federal Government department. The successful applicant must have an active Baseline clearance.Knowledge/SkillsOffice 365 admin (including but not limited to): Defender, Exchange, Azure, Intra, Endpoint and Intune.Solid understanding of networking principles, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.PowerShell ScriptingServer hardware and software maintenance, Windows, VMware and Nutanix.Minimum 5 years of industry experience within a Government setting.Preferred deeper knowledge in specific technologies, such as disaster recovery, replication, and system restoration.Effective teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in planning and executing projects.Service desk coverage and escalations.Troubleshooting and problem solving of general IT problems.Creating, writing and maintaining technical documentation.Deliver exceptional support and expert advice on a wide range of systems and services.Proficiency in Active Directory and Exchange migrations for both on-premises and cloud environments.
