Classification: Information Technology Officer Class 2Salary: $99,654 - $113,315 plus superannuationPosition No: 59890Directorate: ACT HealthAdvertised (Gazettal date): 08 January 2025Contact Officer: Renae Williams on ****** or (02) 5124 7082Details:Under direction from the Assistant Director, the System Administrator will be responsible for:Providing technical support to a variety of ACT Health systems and applications, which may include development work for one or more systems.Managing user requests, audits and system management functions to ensure the ongoing seamless operation of systems and hardware.Undertaking investigation and research activities relating to assigned ICT tasks.Providing second level technical support for operational issues associated with applications supported by Digital Solutions Division.
Work with the business and other technical resources to investigate chronic business and technical issues and propose options for resolution.Managing other small technical ICT projects to achieve business objectives.Providing technical support services to ACT Health project teams including assisting in the assessing and prioritisation of technical requests and undertaking technical project tasks.

In order to be eligible for an NV1 security clearance, you must be an Australian citizen.
If you are not successful in obtaining a Security clearance, your employment in the role will not commence.
If already commenced, your employment will be terminated.This role will have a requirement to be on call to support the 24 x 7 DHR and ancillary systems.Highly Desirable:It is desirable that this position obtain a vendor accreditation with Epic.
Costs for the vendor accreditation including training and testing to achieve such accreditation will be supported by ACT Health.Note: An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
