Role Description: The Social Value Principal is an exciting opportunity in our Policy & Social Value team based at our Perth CBD office.
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of Synergy's 'Social Value' strategic pillar through the provision of analysis and advice on social value and ESG issues relevant to the organisation.
Job responsibilities: Developing frameworks and processes to implement Synergy's social value framework. Identifying and helping to deliver strategic social value activities, advising key decision makers (through direct engagement, reports, presentations etc.) on social value and ESG risks and opportunities. Communicating Synergy's status and progress on those issues to our customers and stakeholders. Preparation of relevant social value and ESG documentation (including annual Modern Slavery Statement) as required, governance of relevant strategic initiatives. What you will bring: Strong knowledge and experience in identifying, analysing and providing advice on social value matters. 5-7 years' experience working in a similar or comparable role. Bachelor-level qualification in a relevant field, such as: business, environmental science/management, economics, social sciences, public policy etc. Experience providing social value or ESG advice to large, complex organisations.
