The role:
This newly created role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years' experience who is keen to go down the Pre-Contracts route. Reporting to our Pre-Construction Manager, you will form a key part in assisting the Estimating team in producing standardized, high-quality tender submissions.
Your impact:
Your presence in the team will ensure that every tender submitted is of the highest quality.
Your every day:
Assisting in the preparation of bids and tenders for various civil and structural scopes/packages. Monitor current competitive prices, new techniques and cost trends. Assist in developing accurate estimates through first principles pricing of direct and indirect job costs. Assisting in bid/marketing tasks as well as business development. Who are you?
Tertiary qualifications in Civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar. Eager and energetic attitude to contribute to a high-performing team. Entry level experience of at least 1-2 years working in civil engineering across the Australian market. Ability to commit to full-time hours at our head office in Spotswood. High attention to detail and a high level of written communication skills. A career with us:
