We provide 133 local government entities with worker's compensation insurance solutions, safety and wellbeing services and are trusted as their workforce risk and wellbeing experts for their 37,000 workers.The opportunityThis role will see you strategically manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims across NSW. Collaborating with our Members and key internal and external stakeholders, you will support injured workers to safely and durably return to work. Each day will offer a different challenge and will provide you opportunities to take on more responsibility and authority. Your experience will also allow you to coach and assist with the development of more junior team members.Your storyYou will have previous case management, allied health or return to work experience managing workplace injuries. You enjoy working within a high performing team and have a natural ability to easily build relationships with others which has seen you deliver results. You are a confident and capable presenter, who can lead and influence stakeholder engagement. You understand how to interpret and apply applicable legislation, and you know the importance of the fine details and timely, professional delivery of service. You are able to use your extensive experience to coach and mentor team members to achieve best practice case management.
