Who are we looking for?
We're working on an exciting assignment with one of our top-tier private practice clients, for an experienced projects lawyer, to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
This assignment will see you oversee the entire spectrum of procurement, construction, fuel supply, and project finance.
You will draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, including construction contracts, operation and maintenance arrangements, off-take agreements, services contracts, supply contracts, project deeds and joint venture agreements.
This role can be done on a full-time or part-time basis and can also be performed remotely.
This assignment is to commence ASAP and initially runs for 3-6 months.
To join us, you will: Have at least 5 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)Be experienced in construction/projects & energy, major infrastructure development and large-scale commercial acquisitions and disposalsBe client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground runningEnjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationshipsWhat's next?
