Who are we looking for? We're working on an exciting career-enhancing assignment with a leading property development company, for a commercial property lawyer  to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
This assignment will see you advise on acquisitions, disposals, developments, leasing and general commercial property matters and draft and negotiate commercial contracts. This is a full-time (hybrid) assignment which initially runs for 6 months. 
To join us, you will:
Have at least 3-6 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training) Be experienced in commercial property law Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships What sets us apart?
