About You As a Secondary teacher (Coordinator 2), you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will be able to:
Possess exceptional teaching skills and have a sound understanding of the requirements of the curriculum. Work collaboratively and effectively with students, staff and parents. Possess a commitment to high expectations for the learning and achievement of all students. Demonstrate ongoing personal, professional growth. Be able to effectively use technology as part of the curriculum. Be able to empower students to be independent and creative learners. Contribute to the effectiveness and quality of the TAS team. Be committed to ongoing personal and professional learning formation and growth. Orchestrate lessons to maximise learning for all students. Differentiate learning tasks to cater to students with identified needs. A commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College is an essential condition of employment. You will have attained:
Minimum one year full time teaching experience. A Tertiary qualification in Education. Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
