About Our School STAPCC is a contemporary K-12 systemic Catholic college which opened in 2017. In 2025, we will have approximately 1600 students from Kindergarten to Year 11. We will welcome our first Year 12 cohort in 2026.
We are looking for enthusiastic, highly-skilled leaders and educators who are willing to embrace a strongly collaborative, contemporary pedagogy across Stages 1-6. The staff at STAPCC must be open to thinking 'outside the square' to create a teaching and learning environment which provides unlimited opportunities for each student.

About You As a School Support Officer (Level 4) , you will be an integral member of the school community. You will demonstrate St Anthony of Padua Catholic College Austral 's values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents, and the community.
To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:
strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers, and staff when required excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines experience working in administration experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite) interpersonal skills in working with a range of people excellent written and oral communication accuracy and attention to detail proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students basic First Aid qualification or willingness to attain a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal. You will have attained:
a Certificate III/IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
