Sydney: Assistant Case Manager

We provide 132 local government entities with worker's compensation insurance solutions, safety and wellbeing services and are trusted as their workforce risk and wellbeing experts for their 38,000 workers. The Opportunity This role will see you responsible for supporting our Case Managers, by providing general administration and customer service support across the claims we receive. This involves arranging medical examinations, reconciling Member payments and wage reimbursements, following up outstanding reports and accounts, and assisting in the preparation of claim reviews and case conferences. At times you may also be required to provide direct assistance to our Members and other stakeholders, presenting yourself in a personal, empathetic, and efficient manner. Your Story You may have had previous experience working in a similar role within an insurance environment. Most importantly, you value providing first class customer service to all stakeholders you engage with and know the importance of timely and professional delivery of service. You're highly organised and can effectively prioritise your time and work to meet deadlines. You'll have had previous experience working with Microsoft applications, notably Word and Excel.
