The Anglican Investment and Development Fund (AIDF) seeks an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organisation through its next phase of strategic growth, financial stewardship, and community impact.

The Role:
As CEO, you will report directly to the Chair of the Board and oversee all aspects of the AIDF's operations, strategy, and performance. From managing a diverse investment portfolio to ensuring compliance with prudential guidelines, you will be pivotal in driving the AIDF's impact while upholding its values.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to drive growth, profitability, and organisational excellence. Manage the AIDF's financial performance, including loan quality, treasury management, and adherence to internal prudential and compliance guidelines. Build strong relationships with clients, the Board, Anglican Diocesan Services, and strategic partners. Inspire and lead a skilled team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Ensure adherence to legislative requirements, including anti-money laundering laws and exemption from the Banking Act. What You'll Bring:
Demonstrated experience in leading financial or service-oriented organisations. Strong qualifications in business, finance, or management. Expertise in financial operations, lending processes, treasury management, and budget oversight. Proven ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships. Leadership skills with a vision-oriented, long-term strategic outlook. Exceptional communication, organisational, and analytical skills. Alignment with the values of the Anglican Church or active membership in a recognised Christian denomination. Familiarity with commercial property lending and portfolio management. Commitment to ethical leadership, trustworthiness, and integrity. What We Offer:
