The Opportunity: Support the Group Account Director and work closely with the General ManagerManage and work across a roster of well-known food, FMCG & telco clientsWork closely with internal agency digital, creative, and social media teamsDaily client relationship managementDevelop effective PR planning and brand strategy campaignsEnd-to-end campaign developmentAssist the GAD, GM, and CEO with developing client pitchesPitch to national media and C-Suite stakeholdersDevelop national campaign budgets, forecasting, and reportingDevelop brand strategy and recommendations to key clientsMentor and manage several junior staff and interns.You: Live in Sydney, Australia and have a fantastic network (suppliers, media, etc.) of contactsCurrently work in an Account Director level role or have recently been promoted to Senior Account DirectorHave previous experience in a similar role (8-10 years min.) within a Public Relations agencyPrevious experience managing FMCG, food, or insurance clients is ideal!A relevant tertiary degree in communications or public relations is desirableExcellent knowledge of the Australian PR landscape is requiredHigh attention to detail is critical (bonus points if you spot mistakes in this job advert!)Exceptional communicator (oral and written)Confident presenterExcellent time management skillsCreative, collaborative, and supportive of othersApplicants must currently live in Australia.
