Can we pay you to work with Australia's fastest-growing marketing agency? Specialising in shopper, activations & events, this rapidly expanding marketing agency now seeks an experienced or newly-appointed Account Director to lead national accounts. The Opportunity:

Lead and mentor a small team of hard-working marketers to roll out national shopper campaigns for global brands Work across various disciplines/teams within the business Work directly with & support the GM & CEO Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and growth Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and innovation Oversee the end-to-end workflow of marketing campaigns, from receipt of the brief to post-campaign reporting, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality Coordinate with the Creative & Production teams to understand client requirements and priorities and manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project status, performance updates, and any issues or concerns that may arise

You:

Live in Sydney, Australia Describe yourself as a marketing enthusiast who has an interest in shopper, activations or experiential marketing At least 6-8+ years (recent) work experience within a marketing, shopper or events agency environment Excellent leadership skills Working knowledge of marketing disciplines Describe yourself as a strategic thinker Excellent decision-making & problem-solving skills and prompt responses to changing situations.
