About the Role We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with data and can assist the business in making data-driven decisions.
Your main responsibilities will include: Managing and transforming data from multiple sources to align with the requirements of reporting tools.Assisting in the development and maintenance of standardized reports in Power BI.Conducting validation of the reports and ETL results.Collaborating with the Head of Operations, Claims, and Pricing to develop, implement, and sustain the operational performance reporting suite.Providing support for regulatory reporting requirements.Examining web analytics and transaction data to generate insights for optimizing digital tools and business processes.About You Excel Power Query knowledge;Power BI experience;Knowledge of Life Insurance would be a bonus.About the Team The iptiQ Digital, Data, and Analytics team is responsible for implementing iptiQ's Digital and Data strategy across various groups, including end customers, distribution partners, administrators, and internal users. We adhere to agile practices, allowing flexibility in managing individual work schedules. Each team member is afforded the opportunity to cross-train in digital and data roles and responsibilities.
