Shore is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Swim School Coordinator to assist in the smooth running of the Swim School through administrative & on-deck assistance.
Shore Swimming provides swimming lessons for boys and girls from 6 years of age with the aim of strengthening their swimming skills in preparation for the squad swimming program.
Reporting to the Head of Swimming and working with a team of coaches, you will have an opportunity to contribute to initiatives that will help shape the direction, structure, and management of the swim school.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join the Shore Swim team.
You will have the opportunity to help build culture and a successful, cohesive team, one that invests in students from 7 years of age right through to elite level, providing pathways towards high performance swimming.

Monday - 8:00am-6:00pmTuesday - 8:00am-6:00pmThursday - 8:00am-6:00pmFriday - 8:00am-6:00pmTo be successful, you will have:
Experience working at a coordinator level within an aquatic settingCurrent Swim Australia or AUSTSWIM learn to swim qualification.Current Swim Australia Teacher (or equivalent)Senior First Aid & Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification (or willing to obtain)Working with Children Check (WWCC)Members of the School's staff are encouraged to attend School Chapel services and to actively support the School's Christian Ethos and extra-curricular program.
