Swim Instructor

We are seeking passionate community minded individuals to join the team in a brand-new aquatic centre in the Clarence Valley.
As the  Swim Instructor  you will work closely with students to guide them in water safety and survival skills and develop stroke techniques in a fun and progressive environment.
Key responsibilities include: Provide excellent customer service and engage with and provide feedback to parents.
Liaising with relevant Coordinators and Learn to Swim Officers to ensure the smooth and effective running of services in accordance with lesson plans.
Correct faults in swimming techniques and identify ways to improve performance based on participants' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential.
Provide direct supervision to all participants, safeguarding children's health and safety.
