More Information Are you a passionate and enthusiastic swim coach? Are you enjoying inspiring young swimmers to reach their full potential for competition or fitness purposes?
Lesmurdie Legends Swimming Club, based in the grounds of St Brigid's College in the Hills of Perth, is seeking a dynamic Swim Coach to support our coaching team.
Your responsibility include:
*Plan, prepare and implement training programs for all squad groups
*Evaluate swimmers performance and provide constructive feedback to athletes
*Work closely with all team members
*Coordinate and attend meets
*Foster a positive and inclusive club culture
*Communicate regularly with swimmers and parents
To be a successful candidate:
*Coaching experience
*Strong knowledge of swimming technique, training principles and competition strategies
*Membership with Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia (SCTA)
