You will be responsible for organizing and leading squad sessions fir our junior competition team, providing feedback to swimmers to help improve their technique, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
You will also be expected to attend fortnightly Club Nights and local weekend meets.QualificationsCertification in Swim Coaching or teaching, first aid, and CPR, current Working with Children Check.Experience in competitive swimming or coachingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of swim training techniques and safety practicesAbility to work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels#J-18808-Ljbffr
