Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence : Provide outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with our brand values. Drive Occupancy Rates : Collaborate with the team to analyse and adapt minimum length of stay (MLOS) and nightly rates, optimising for seasonality. Achieve targeted monthly occupancy rates. Boost ROI for Owners : Develop strategies to create higher returns on investment for our property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and trust. Explore New Platforms : Research and onboard new third-party platforms to expand our reach. Build Guest Loyalty : Foster relationships that encourage repeat business and enhance guest satisfaction.
