About the role
We currently have a full time, permanent opportunity for a Swap Shed Yard Hand for our Adelaide branch.
The primary purpose of this role is to promote and Foster the "Yes We Can" attitude with both internal and external customers
and representing Supagas in a positive and professional manner, effective and efficient yard operations and the control of drivers in yard
including assisting drivers to load and unload trucks.
Duties
• Effective and efficient performance of customer service (pick-ups/couriers).
• Work as part of a small team, scraping, cleaning, painting and filling BBQ swap cylinders
• Effective and efficient operation of LPG filling (dock and Tanker) operations.
• Safety and regulatory compliance adhered to at all times.
• Security of all Supagas assets and site.
• Counting of all stock entering and leaving the yard.
• Manifest accuracy.
• Safety checks to be done on all vehicles carrying Dangerous goods placard load.
• Security count of all Supagas assets and drivers in and out of the yard.
• Perform daily start up and end of shift checks
• Complete Daily shut down of all filling equipment and tools
• Support and service all customer requirements in yard.
• Fill of all size LPG cylinders (including 9kg)
• Record LPG cylinders filled in the shift.
• Load and unload interbranch transfers
