Swan Facade Services | Project Lead Rope Access Technician

At Swan Façade Services, we specialise in all types of façade inspections, reporting and maintenance, and height safety installations and certifications, especially large contracts and multi-story complexes done by means of Rope Access within the Perth Metropolitan District.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities This is a Full Time position . The successful candidate will be required to lead teams of technicians undertaking façade inspections and maintenance tasks via rope access on multi-storey buildings.
The majority of work is within the CBD of Perth, with occasional regional WA and interstate travel required.
Rope Access Technicians All candidates must have:
IRATA level 2 or higher Minimum 3 years of façade installation and/or maintenance Valid Police Clearance within 1 year of issue Australian Drivers Licence Own vehicle transportation Working at Heights Please do not apply unless you meet all minimum criteria. White Card Construction background would be beneficial Height Safety installation & certification experience Must be willing to undertake Drug & Alcohol Testing prior to employment.
Proposed start date is end of January 2025.
