Casual position
Key Responsibilities and Statement of Duties Professionally represent SCEA through the administration team in personal presentation, mannerisms and Christ-like service. Operate with a high and consistent standard of service. Display a positive and can-do attitude towards parents, students, and staff at all times. Actively display a Christian attitude throughout the working day. Work within the Association policy framework at all times. Provide key administration support as required. Skills The applicant must be extremely well organised, diligent, and able to prioritise. A key requirement of the role is to be able to multi-task and deal with conflicting schedules and requirements successfully. They will require a high level of computer literacy, competent in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to interact with multiple systems proficiently.
Statement of Duties The Relief Administration Assistants will be asked to cover various administration positions on a casual basis. Some fixed-term contract work may be available.
Whilst each office staff member has been assigned different key areas of responsibility, particularly during peak work periods, staff will endeavour to support each other and the community with a servant heart.
Selection Criteria Essential (short written response to be included in your covering letter) A personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and be an active member of a Christian Church. Able to accept the Association's Statement of Faith, Code of Conduct, and be living a lifestyle consistent with these statements. Experience in the advertised area. Sound interpersonal and communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Display a high proficiency in administrative skills and meet deadlines.
