This includes but is not limited to:Contacting patients to set up telehealth appointments.Close review of admission documentation received and uploading to hospital electronic record system (WebPAS) in a timely manner.Supporting patient telephone and email enquiries.Prompt response to emails and voicemail messages from all stakeholders – internal and external.Maintaining timely and accurate records in Excel spreadsheets and other hospital applications.Ensures the confidentiality of patients and staff is maintained and communication and interpersonal skills are effective and appropriate.In conjunction with their direct Manager, participates in regular structured appraisal and peer review processes.Please note: the department operates Mon to Fri from 8am until 5.30pm, the successful applicant will be required to work within these hours.About the facilityIn this role you will be based at St Vincent's private hospital, Darlinghurst.A state-of-the-art hospital in a beautiful inner-city location.Surrounded by great cafes, galleries and theatres, parks, nightlife, and nearby glorious beaches.Closely partnered with universities and affiliated research institutes, many which are located on-campus.Groundbreaking technologies, including world-first robotic-assisted surgeries.Highly specialized services in various surgical disciplines.About youAbility to accept responsibility for completion of tasks with minimal supervision and direction.Effective with time management and prioritizing tasks.High-level computer literacy including use of Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and working across multiple systems/applications.Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills.Strong commitment to providing excellent client care and customer service.Team player.Commitment to continued professional development.Professional and courteous to all stakeholders.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
