Quality and Staff Development Registered Nurse Paying up to $60.69 per hour (based on experience) Sustain Health is thrilled to partner with a leading private hospital in Tasmania to recruit an experienced Quality and Staff Development Registered Nurse for a permanent senior role.

Position Details: Role: Quality and Staff Development Registered Nurse Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekend shifts!) Hours: 64–76 hours per fortnight with flexible arrangements available Pay Rate: Paying up to $60.69 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the hospital's accreditation process, ensuring compliance with NSQHS National Standards.
Conduct audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Facilitate staff education programs, including mandatory training requirements.
Oversee the development and implementation of the hospital's staff education strategy.
What We're Looking For: Recent acute hospital experience, preferably.
In-depth knowledge of NSQHS National Standards and healthcare accreditation processes.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
