SustainHealth is thrilled to partner with a leading private hospital in Tasmania to recruit an experienced Quality and Staff Development Registered Nurse for a permanent senior role. Position Details: Role: Quality and Staff Development Registered Nurse Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekend shifts!) Hours: 64–76 hours per fortnight with flexible arrangements available Pay Rate: Paying up to $60.69 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the hospital's accreditation process, ensuring compliance with NSQHS National Standards . Conduct audits and implement quality improvement initiatives. Facilitate staff education programs, including mandatory training requirements. Oversee the development and implementation of the hospital's staff education strategy. What We're Looking For: Recent acute hospital experience, preferably. In-depth knowledge of NSQHS National Standards and healthcare accreditation processes. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Benefits: Permanent full-time role.
