Our experienced team of specialists and engineers work collaboratively with our clients to develop policies, strategies, and programs that drive tangible environmental performance and cost reduction outcomes for our clients. Our core services include Performance Reporting & Analytics, Strategy & Client Advisory, and Engineering & Optimisation.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:As an Analyst, you will undertake tasks to support the delivery of a range of Sustainability Reporting services.Support the delivery of best practice client environmental performance reports (e.g., carbon footprint, energy consumption, waste generation, and recycling performance) to support our client's legal and voluntary reporting obligations.Source and update all reporting system energy usage, sustainability, and cost data, including rates and tariffs on a timely basis, including from 3rd parties.Validation and correction of sustainability data (via exception reports).Provide analytical support to the Sustainability Team as required.Maintain all key administrative documentation.Work as an integrated, informed, effective, and positive member of our team in relation to safety, culture, administrative policies and procedures, systems of work; delivery, knowledge building, learning, and development.Perform an Operational / Service Delivery role on an account or in a functional area.Responsible for carrying out the plan from the leadership team and client at the operational level.Provision of effective and high-quality delivery of services to clients.About You:Proven analytical and data processing skills.An eye for detail and comfort with working with large datasets.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Time management skills to prioritise tasks and ensure projects are completed in line with the project plan.Problem-solving skills, to be able to identify and provide solutions.Works independently, uses initiative, and exercises sound judgment.Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships.Knowledge of relevant Australian sustainability disclosures, including NGERS, and understanding of the Greenhouse Gas Protocols is desirable.Qualifications and Technical Skills:Graduate qualifications in environmental science, data science, analytics, or a related discipline.Excellent proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Power BI tool is desirable.Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?As one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop, and live, working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from:Being part of a growing global company.Career development and a promote-from-within culture.An organisation committed to Diversity and Inclusion.We're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.
