EarthCheck's solutions are good for your business, and good for the planet.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the EarthCheck consulting team in delivery of destination management and sustainable advisory services.Co-ordinate the team in delivery of core outcomes.Collate and develop documentation as required for projects.Support tourism businesses to understand the importance of embedding sustainability principles and priorities in their organisation.Identify data relevant to the key performance indicators of sustainability for the destination and track progress on an ongoing basis.Form strategic partnerships with industry partners.Drive sustainability-related initiatives relevant to projects.Essential Qualifications and ExperienceWe are seeking candidates with:Experience in sustainability, tourism, or other relevant roles.Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, tourism or related field.Leadership skills - collaborative, positive, honest, authentic, and passionate.Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets and meet project timelines.Preferred Qualifications and ExperienceExposure to general environmental management activities and an understanding of the structure and characteristics of the tourism industry.Application Questions:How many years' experience do you have as a project manager?How many years of project management experience do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
