We have an incredible opportunity for a Sustainability Coordinator to join our Environmental, Social and Governance team at Investa property. This 3-month contract will see you lean into your skills and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team. We on the search for a strong administrator with a keen interest in ESG, particularly in the social area, as the Sustainability coordinator you will support the ESG initiatives and reporting across the business.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): ESG Research on environmental and social initiatives, ESG Risk and emerging trends, real estate sectors, peer reviews and best practice ESG,Environmental data collation, management and reporting, utilising building and corporate level data systems,WELL certification collation,Supporting tenant and employee engagement initiatives,Contribute to Investor reporting and surveys including Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark and National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting data requirements,Co-ordination of the Tenant Data collection project.Qualifications & Experience: Degrees in related disciplines are desirable,1+ years' experience with sustainability and commercial buildings is advantageous,Candidates should have a strong background in administration and experience with safety or environmental management systems is preferred.Skills & Knowledge: Project management skillsProactive, agile, takes initiative, capable to work independently, good negotiation communication and influencing skills,Results and outcomes driven, intellectual prowess, creative problem solving, mental agility, Strong interpersonal skills, robust sense of humour,Strong EQ and diplomacy skills and builds strong working relationships quickly,An expertise in data management and collation,Demonstrate a commitment to excellence with respect to Sustainability and Environmental Management principles,Working knowledge of environmental and social sustainability.
