You will collaborate with project teams to assess, develop, and implement strategies that enhance environmental performance across various projects. Your expertise will help shape a greener future in the built environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct sustainability assessments and audits for a range of projects, identifying opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and practices in line with industry standards.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate sustainable design principles.Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate sustainability goals and benefits effectively.Prepare detailed reports and presentations that showcase findings, recommendations, and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.About You:A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Architecture, or a related field.5+ years of senior-level experience in sustainability.Proven experience in sustainability consulting within the built environment or infrastructure sectors.An overall understanding of sustainability and its application to property and or infrastructure in the built environment.Ability to support the ESG team in delivery of carbon, climate, nature, responsible procurement, or social impact.Ability to support the ESG team to develop guidance, reports, roadmaps for clients to reach their goals.Ability to support the ESG team to develop and deliver workshops to help our clients to understand regulation, trends and future direction.Have a good understanding of corporate reporting and ESG certifications.Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices, certifications (e.g., Green Star, IS, NABERS, GRESB, GRI, CDP etc.), and relevant regulations.Some knowledge Climate, Decarbonisation, and Nature is preferred, along with experience in Circularity, Risk Analysis, or Science-Based Targets.
