The Opportunity As a key member of the Dexus Sustainability team, you will join the business on a fixed term basis to June 30, 2025. The role is suited to someone looking to apply their passion for sustainability together with demonstrated experience or interest in the financial or Funds Management sector. The ideal candidate will have an operations or reporting background with strong organisational and written communication skills.
The role will support both the wider Dexus Sustainability team and Dexus Funds Management team in contributing to and improving sustainability reporting requirements and processes. This includes:
Funds and investor sustainability reporting: Key accountability for managing and responding to Fund and investor due diligence questionnaires related to sustainability. Process improvement, automation, and capability building: Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency, using innovative solutions (i.e. automation, systemisation) to improve resource capacity and drive stronger sustainability reporting outcomes. Benchmark and indices support: Supporting Dexus's annual GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) and INREV (European Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate) submissions for listed and unlisted Real Estate Funds. About You Along with your passion for positive sustainability outcomes, you will possess strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail. Any experience in optimising or transforming reporting processes will be very highly regarded. In addition:
Tertiary qualification in a Business (i.e. Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce), Data, or Sustainability discipline. Previous experience in a similar sustainability and reporting role is preferred, but not necessary. Strong understanding of sustainability and funds management is highly regarded.
