Our opportunity
As Sustainability Analyst , you will deliver Mirvac's This Changes Everything sustainability strategy and ESG strategy across the Asset Management division and development pipeline. You will create a work environment and culture that strives for high performance and delivers services in line with the Mirvac values, and ensure the provision of high-quality services across all Assets focusing on people, sustainable outcomes, risk minimisation and the optimisation of operational and financial performance.
In this role you will:
Deliver sustainable and profitable performance of the Asset Management property portfolios. Participate in the delivery of Mirvac's This Changes Everything strategy and division ESG targets. Support and contribute to Capital Works, Technical Operations, HSE and Asset Technology. Comply with Mirvac Minimum Standards, business policies, governance procedures and statutory requirements. Provide ongoing situational ad-hoc advisory services. Support the Sustainability Reporting Manager and Senior Sustainability Analyst in recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring and the development of the Sustainability Team. Focus on excellent customer service, collaboration, innovation and creating effective working relationships across Asset Management & Mirvac, and where necessary, external stakeholders. Project and advocate Mirvac's sustainability strategy. Provide reporting and data support to the Sustainability Reporting Manager as required. Ensure continuity and quality in sustainability services for our partners. Communicate Mirvac's operational and sustainability excellence and the customer value it creates. Resolve data management and reporting issues. Maintain a Manage the waste data reporting process for Asset Management, coordination of waste data to Systar and support the Resource Recovery Manager/Sustainability Reporting Manager in data reporting. Support Sustainability Manager on project work and Asset Management reporting standards as required. Resolve utility invoice queries across the portfolio. Your point of difference
To be successful, you will demonstrate an understanding of good sustainability practice across a wide scope including environmental, social, and governance activities from climate risk to social procurement. The role involves a high volume of data entry, as such excellent attention to detail is a must. You will also possess excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
