The roleAs a Sustainability Advisor, you'll have a direct impact on the operation of our client's business. The role will suit someone looking to apply their passion for sustainability together with an analytical mindset to help drive the delivery of positive environmental and social impacts through information management and insights.The role directly supports the General Manager Environmental and Operational Sustainability, Manager Sustainability and Energy Data and the wider Sustainability team to report and deliver on the group's objectives.The role involves extensive data analysis, engaging with stakeholders throughout the organisation to collect and manage non-financial sustainability data and preparation of sustainability reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:Sustainability data management and disclosures: Support the delivery of our client's sustainability data management processes through operational tasks to collect, validate and maintain accurate and timely environmental and social quantitative datasets. This will support compliance with regulatory environmental reporting requirements and provide transparent sustainability metrics to customers and investors.Support Sustainability team priorities such as:NABERS, Green Star performance and FY25 targets trackingSupport FY26 Opex budgetingManaging responses to environmental queriesEnergy category management support including procurement and utility bill processing and prep for HY reportingContribute towards development and application of the broader Dexus sustainability strategy and related projects.About youYou will bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in sustainability data management, reporting frameworks and enabling sustainability program delivery. You thrive on owning the data side of sustainability and enjoy getting into the detail, utilising your expert Microsoft excel knowledge to complete data cleansing. You will bring an analytical mindset and have proven capability in dealing with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment. With a relevant degree qualification, you will also possess:Advanced skills relating to trend analysis and research methodologyExcellent analytical skills and ability to translate quantitative data into qualitative messagesStrong self-starter with love for compiling datasets and developing related summaries and insightsDetailed individual who can deliver accurate/precise information in a timely mannerThe rewardsOur client champions diversity and inclusion across their organisation.
