To do that, we need the best people - people like you.Job DescriptionYOUR NEW ROLEAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and trade qualified automotive professional, looking for the opportunity to grow their leadership capability whilst still being very hands on, to join our capable team at Pakenham, Vic.Working within a skilled and experienced team and guided by our highly supportive Store Manager you'll have an opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to ongoing store success.You'll be responsible for coordinating activities within the workshop, providing technical support and guidance to our Technicians and Apprentices, answering customer queries and staying on top of administrative tasks. You'll also get to work closely with our R&D team to understand the engineering, provide feedback and help solve problems.This role would suit someone who is passionate about all things automotive, who still wants to be 'on the tools', while also developing/enhancing their leadership and workshop coordination skills.
