Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a fabulous opportunity for someone with brand, campaign, digital and social marketing experience who is looking to flex their marketing muscles and join us during an exciting chapter for our company.
As our Marketing Assistant, you will have passion, creativity, and great time management skills. You will work alongside the Marketing Manager and also have exposure to Operations, Supply Chain, NPD, and Technology, all while working in a supportive, flexible work environment.
As our Marketing Assistant, your key responsibilities include:
End-to-end management of our brand and product marketing campaigns, including briefing, developing media and creative strategy, coordination with all relevant stakeholders and reporting. Working closely with our graphic designer to oversee content creation for traditional and digital media touchpoints, including eDMs, social media, in-store digital and POS, out of home formats, PR, and influencers. Own our organic social media presence, creating engaging content and strategy for each platform. Experience in developing short form video content that is social first, authentic to brand, and abreast of social trends will be highly regarded. Create, monitor, and optimise paid digital ad campaigns, encompassing the use of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Ad-hoc updates to the websites as required. Assist with the development and implementation of brand strategy. Be a key player in our new product development process. Oversee store level Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives as required, including new store launches from a marketing and brand perspective. Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in generalist marketing. Tertiary degree in a relevant marketing-related discipline. Previous experience within the retail/food/franchising industry in Australia is an advantage. Experience implementing campaign plans and related executions. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across the business. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Fun loving, resilient, and motivated by the challenge of a fast-moving environment. Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience in additional digital ad scheduling or reporting platforms will be advantageous.
