- 6am start weekdays and weekends (must be able to commence at 6am)
- Weekend availability - would suit school student
Responsibilities Planning and preparing sushi products Setting up and execution of food items Maintaining standards of quality and service Ensuring only safe and high-quality products are served to our customers Qualifications Sushi Chefs ideally have 1-3 years of sushi experience, with demonstrable knowledge of all kitchen operations. Food Safety Supervisor qualifications will be an advantage. Hospitality certification beneficial but not essential.
Further training will be provided to all successful candidates.
