We are looking for a qualified and career-focused Surveyor with experience in a bulk earthworks and land development environment.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will employ your unique set of skills and experiences to manage your daily tasks with a high level of autonomy. The role will be primarily based on projects throughout the Perth metro region.
The role will see you responsible for: Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, reports, and dockets. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are met. Conduct comprehensive control surveys on land sites and properties. Measure property boundaries and land features based on reference points. Examine previous land records and survey data to verify accuracy. Prepare detailed maps, reports, and presentations of survey results for management & clients. Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations. Loading designs on GPS Machines.
