In order to consistently exceed our customers' expectations, we understand that the most valuable resource we can have is our team.Your Role and Impact:Project Management: Manage diverse construction surveying projects with precision, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeframes.Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions.Technical Expertise: Provide calculation and technical support for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality across all stages of the project lifecycle.Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our portfolio and contribute to the company's growth through industry engagement.What You Bring:Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Surveying; registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (or another state) highly regarded.Experience: 5+ years in a Senior Surveying level role, particularly within construction projects, with proven project delivery success.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in surveying methodologies, software, and equipment; familiarity with project management principles.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.Problem-Solving: A solution-focused approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.Join Our EvolutionJoin Bennett + Bennett and become part of our innovative, dynamic, and rapidly expanding team.
