Salary: $120K-$150K pa + Super + Vehicle + Fuel Card
About the Company & Role:Our client is a well-established and very successful civil construction company with a particular focus on working with land developers across the state.
Over the years, they've formed great relationships with their clients and have an outstanding reputation.
We are looking for a qualified and career-focused Surveyor with experience in a bulk earthworks and land development environment.Reporting to the Project Manager, you will employ your unique set of skills and experiences to manage your daily tasks with a high level of autonomy.
The role will be primarily based on projects throughout the Perth metro region.
The role will see you responsible for: General Construction Set OutsPrepare and maintain accurate survey data, reports, and dockets.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are met.Conduct comprehensive control surveys on land sites and properties.Measure property boundaries and land features based on reference points.Examine previous land records and survey data to verify accuracy.Prepare detailed maps, reports, and presentations of survey results for management & clients.Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.Loading designs on GPS MachinesWhat's on Offer: Permanent Full Time EmploymentExcellent annual leave, parental leave, and sick leave entitlements$120 - $150K pa + Superannuation + vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phoneVery well maintained and recent model vehicle + PhoneContinuous upskilling and training courses offered.Clear career path to promotion opportunitiesFantastic, confirmed pipeline of projects.Experience Required: Hold a relevant tertiary Surveying qualificationMin 2 years post-graduate experience as a SurveyorSet-out Surveying across general construction such as Civils, Land, Road, Buildings & similar will be consideredProficiency in using surveying technology, equipment, and tools (12D, Trimble, Autocad) - DesirableExperience with Trimble Software, GPS, Topcon Machine, Total Stations and Machine Guidance technology – DesirableKnowledge of construction scheduling and sequencingBe able to work autonomously and as part of a teamValid & Current Driver's licenseHold a White CardPlease apply directly to the advert.
